To promote good fellowship and sportsmanship among the members and to encourage the active participation of its members in playing and enjoying golf as well as club sponsored activities.
To adopt, interpret and enforce Royal and Ancient St. Andrews (R&A) and the United States Golf Association (USGA) rules of golf in all PAR 5 events.
To maintain a uniform system of handicapping as set forth in the USGA Handicap System (Golf Handicap Information Network - GHIN, which is a service provided by the USGA) and issue USGA Handicap Indices to the members.
To provide an authoritative body to govern and conduct club competitions.
